Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Elvoran LLC ("Elvoran," "we," "us") collects when you use elvoran.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account information. Your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored in hashed form, so we cannot read them.
Usage on your device. Your saved leads and display theme are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We don't receive them.
Payment information. When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as plan and payment status, not your full card number.
Lead data. Our database contains business contact information about companies and professionals, such as company name, industry, location, contact name and job title. We obtain this information from leads submitted by our users and from publicly available business sources.
How we use it
To run your account and the service, to secure the site, to process payments, to respond to your messages, and to improve Elvoran. We do not sell your account information.
Who processes data for us
We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (website hosting), Zoho and Resend (email), Google (optional sign-in) and Stripe (payments). These providers handle data only to provide their services to us.
Leads you submit. If you add leads, we store them along with the email address of your account, so we can review them and apply plan limits.
Messages. If you use Elvoran messaging, we store your messages and conversation details, linked to an internal user ID for your account. We do not show your email address or phone number to other members through messaging. We may review messages that are reported, or when needed to keep the service safe or to follow the law.
Photos. If you add photos to a lead, we store them. They are visible to members who view that lead, and anyone who has a photo's direct link can open it. We re-save photos before upload, which removes hidden data such as camera location.
Views and reports. We count how many members open a post and show that number to the person who posted it, without showing who they are. If you report a post or a conversation, we store your report so we can review it.
Profiles. You can add a display name, a short bio and a photo. These are visible to other signed-in members, and your photo can be opened by anyone who has its direct link. Do not put sensitive information in your profile. We never show your email address to other members.
Saved posts and verification. Posts you save are stored with your account so they follow you between devices. If you ask to be verified, we keep a record of your request and payment status.
Public posts. Posts on Elvoran, including the company name, city, description and photos, can be viewed by anyone without an account. Contact details are shown only to subscribers. Do not post anything you would not want to be public.
Emails we send. We send emails about your account and payments, such as sign-in links, receipts and subscription confirmations.
Videos, comments and reviews. Videos you add to a post are visible to signed-in members, and anyone with a video's direct link can open it. Comments are visible to signed-in members. Reviews, and a member's average rating, are shown to other members, and average ratings may be shown publicly. These are stored with your account.
If you appear in our lead data
You may ask us to see, correct or remove your information, or to stop including it, by emailing the address below. We will act on valid requests within the time required by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Email us to make a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage for sign-in sessions and your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Elvoran is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
