Terms of Service
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of elvoran.com and the services of Elvoran LLC ("Elvoran," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Who can use Elvoran
You must be at least 18 and use Elvoran for business purposes. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
What we provide
Elvoran lets you search and save business leads by industry, size and region. Lead data may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. We provide it as is and do not guarantee that any contact information is correct or that any lead will become a customer.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Follow all laws that apply to your outreach, including email, telemarketing and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA and GDPR, as relevant to where you and your contacts are located.
- Honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests promptly.
- Not scrape, copy in bulk, resell, or share Elvoran's data with others, or use it to build a competing database.
- Not send spam, harass anyone, or use the data for fraud, discrimination, or unlawful purposes.
- Not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
Payments
Paid plans, if offered, will be described with their price and billing period when you sign up. Payments are handled by Stripe. Unless the plan says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Content you submit
If you add leads to Elvoran, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it is accurate business contact information from lawful sources. Do not submit sensitive personal data, or information about private individuals. Only upload images you have the right to share, and nothing explicit, hateful, or showing other people's private information. We may review, reject, edit or remove any submission, and we may limit how many you can add. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display and share what you submit as part of the service.
Messaging
Elvoran lets members message each other about leads. Messages are for the lead they relate to. Do not use messaging to spam, harass, threaten, scam or pressure anyone, to share sensitive personal information, or to move people off the site to avoid these terms. You can block or report any conversation. We may review reported conversations, remove content, and suspend accounts. We are not responsible for what other members say or do, so use your own judgment before sharing information or doing business with anyone.
Verified badge
A Verified badge means we reviewed an account at the time of review. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of any member, and we may remove it at any time. The verification fee is non-refundable, even if we decline a request or later remove a badge.
Videos, comments and reviews
Members may add a short video to a post, comment on posts, and review other members they have messaged. Only upload videos you have the right to share, and nothing explicit, hateful, threatening or showing other people's private information. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Do not post fake, paid or traded reviews, or review yourself. Comments and reviews are opinions of the people who write them, not of Elvoran. We may remove any video, comment or review, and suspend accounts, at our discretion.
Ownership
Elvoran, its design, and its compiled data belong to us and our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its data for your own internal business outreach while your account is active.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Elvoran is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Ending your account
You can stop using Elvoran at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
